Is Capterra and Gartner reviews somehow related?

I sent both an email since my reviews have taken almost 2 weeks now, got a reply from Capterra and at the bottom of the email it says “Regards, Gartner digital markets support team”.

So if you were to submit the same review for a software but written differently on both sites, will this look suspicious and they could possibly ban your work email from further reviews?
