I have a satire / meme page with 150k followers, can I make money from this?

Side note, I also code in angular and can put together a website if it's worth it.
On the business side of things, I don't know what I'm doing. Some of my posts get crazy engagement, ranging from 3 million to 40 million views. So far I'm just on Facebook, and obviously I should transition this over to Instagram as well. Each post I make attracts probably 20k+ more people to the page over the course of about 2 weeks.

My question is obviously if and how I can make some money off of this? I enjoy doing it, so it would come second, but what's the best way to make this profitable? A website with articles and ads? Shoutouts? Merch? Anyone been down this road that can give me some advice?
