How should I plan ESL classes?

I know, BIG TOPIC and you can't explain it in 5 minutes.

I want to know if there's a "syllabus" online for ESL teachers that I could use. I already did the Coursera teach TESOL english course.

I just want a "guide" where I could be like 'Ok, I'm teaching x, y and z this week'. Argentina's economic crisis is forcing me to look for work online, I have a very good accent, C1 english and the texbooks that I used so that will do, it will have to do.

Any other resources and websites for ESL will be very welcomed. Thank you.
