Figure Eight Tasks

Because I'm a glutton for punishment, I'm doing a job on figure eight that had 705 tasks. The criteria for leveling up is to work at least 5 different jobs, answer at least 100 test questions, and have 70% accuracy.

Do I have to complete the 705 tasks to be considered "working a job" and what does "100 test questions" mean?
