Do i need to pay tax if i use a british bank account however i am not a UK resident

So this will be a bit long... so i have a payoneer account (verified) connected to a british bank account.let's say that i receive money from either appen or fiverr to payoneer then i transfer it to the bank then use the bank's own Debit card and use it in a foreign country (which is the country i reside in permenantly). do i still need to pay Tax??
