Best way to make money online

so, im looking for a way to make some money, not much, just so i can pay Lime scooters :P, i've tried freelancers and some surveis but havent made more than a single fucking cent, im not kidding, made it on adfly

so, i aint tallented at anything other than drawing, wich i can only do in paper, anyways i dont have a minimum payout, it must be able to pay to paypal, available in europe and thats it
