Appen RPH Goals

When it comes to RPH, does Appen prefer you to stick to that, like not go under or over?

What do you do if you find the tasks fairly easy, just wait seconds to make the RPH not so high or will that cause idle time issues? I know some may not work as fast and I would hate to have them raise the RPH because I'm sure I'm not the only one able to rate at a faster pace.
